Man charged for threats, pellet gun at Wynyard bar

A 46-year-old man from Wynyard has been charged after an incident at the local bar on Thursday.

RCMP were told of a man having a gun and threatening occupants of the bar and responded immediately.

They found the suspect holding what looked to be a gun but turned out to be a replica of a revolver, loaded with pellets.

The man is charged with possession of a weapon, carrying a concealed weapon and uttering threats.
