Truck flees attempted traffic stop near Beatty

RCMP in Melfort are looking for the owner of a vehicle suspected of fleeing an attempted traffic stop.

An officer patrolling Highway 3 near Beatty on Monday attempted to pull a vehicle over after clocking it going 140 km/h.

The red Dodge Ram with a snowmobile in the box did not stop for police and drove away.

The truck was last seen travelling east on Saskatchewan Drive in Melfort.
