Several communities affected by power outages

A series of power outages are affecting residents across the northeast.

SaskPower crews have been busy looking to restore power to a number of local communities.

Crews were dispatched just before 8 a.m. Wednesday to repair an outage reported for some areas northwest of Nipawin, including White Fox, Love, Choiceland, Garrick, Snowden, Smeaton, and surrounding areas.

A line is down in the area, and the repair is expected to be complete soon.

Downed power lines were also reported in areas like Delisle, Tessier, and Swanson.
