Two people injured in weapons conflict at Midtown home

One person had injuries to their foot and another to their arm after a conflict at a home in the 400 Block of 9th Street East Thursday morning.

Prince Albert police were called to the home just after 5 a.m. for a weapons investigation where they found two injured people.

One of the victims suffered an injury to their foot caused by a gunshot while the other person injured their arm from what was believed to be a blunt weapon.

Both victims were taken to hospital but the wounds were deemed not life-threatening.
