Humboldt RCMP looking for suspect in gravel truck, backhoe and flat-deck trailer theft

Humboldt RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying some suspects.

Police are still searching for the people(s) responsible for stealing a gravel truck, Case Backhoe, and flat-deck trailer.

Back on July 25, police received a complaint of theft from a rural location just outside of Middle Lake.

The incident happened sometime between July 20 at 9:30 p.m. and July 24.

The work vehicles and equipment were marked with Punk’s Backhoe Service and were stolen from the gravel site. This also included a white Western Star gravel truck with blue trim, a black flat-deck trailer, and a construction yellow Case 580 Super L Backhoe.

The trailer has since been recovered, having been found just outside Wakaw on July 26.

Anyone who may have witnessed or has information surrounding these incidents is asked to contact the Humboldt RCMP detachment at 306-682-2535.
