Weekend death a homicide, victim identified

The death of a man found over the weekend at a home in the 300 Block of 15th Street West is being investigated as a homicide, said Prince Albert Police.

The man, identified as 41-year-old Travis Caisse, died early Saturday morning despite life-saving attempts by Parkland Ambulance.

He was taken to Victoria Hospital but died. An autopsy on Caisse was done yesterday.

The Prince Albert Police Service Criminal Investigations Unit and Forensic Identification Unit executed a search warrant at the residence where Travis Caisse was located early Saturday morning.
