House move to cause traffic delays in NB

Another house is expected to cause traffic delays this morning as community safety officers take it south on HWY 4.

The city expects the delays to start on Territorial Drive starting around 10 a.m. and a half hour delay for those travelling eastbound on the HWY 16 bypass.
