La Ronge residents affected by water main valve repair

A large section of residential area in La Ronge will be affected due to a value repair on a water main line.
Work to correct the water main leak is occurring Wednesday along La Ronge Avenue near Mistasinihk Place. While work is being done, there will be an interruption to water service and there may be water discolouration once service is restored.
To alleviate the discolouration, residents should turn on their cold water faucets to clear the lines. In addition, a precautionary drinking water advisory will be in place.
The affected areas include all residents east of La Ronge Avenue near Boardman Street, Boardman Street up to Hildebrand Drive, Louis Road, those on the south side of Bedford Drive, Studer Street between Morley Wilson Park and Quandt Crescent, Quandt Crescent, Riese Drive, Dalby Crescent, Watt Place and Glass Place.
