A Melfort product is an all-CFL West Division offensive lineman.

Logan Ferland has been the glue to hold the Saskatchewan Roughriders offensive line together this season.

The former Melfort Comets and Regina Thunder standout was the starting right guard heading into the season.

But injuries along the line forced him into time at tackle and centre, where he started the last six games.

Ferland and the offensive line have allowed just 35 sacks, and the Riders are the West Division leaders in points scored, touchdowns, touchdown passes, and passer efficiency.

Other Rider nominees included Rolan Milligan Jr. at halfback and special teams, Trevor Harris at quarterback, Samuel Emilus at receiver, defensive tackle Micah Johnson, linebacker Jameer Thurmon, and cornerback Marcus Sayles.

The nine divisional All-CFL players ties the Toronto Argonauts for top spot in the league.
