Collision on Highway 1 near Yale Road in Chilliwack closes lane, slows traffic

CHILLIWACK – The left westbound lane on Highway 1 near Yale Road in Chilliwack was closed Friday afternoon following a crash, according to DriveBC.
Both Chilliwack Fire and paramedics were dispatched to the scene around 3 p.m.
Delays are expected.
The crash is the second on the roadway Friday after an incident near Annis Road closed lanes in both directions early Friday morning, according to B.C.’s Ministry of Transportation.
