Crown stays sexual assault charge against Waskesiu business owner
A charge of sexual assault involving the owner of Pete’s Terrace at Waskesiu Lake has been stayed by the Crown.
According to court records obtained by paNOW, notice was provided on Friday.
On July 19, RCMP received a report of an alleged sexual assault in Waskesiu, the resort village in Prince Albert National Park. After an investigation, police arrested Dory Graae.
When paNOW attempted to contact Prosecutor Robyn Ermine for comment, she declined.
