North Wake students excel at TKD Western Canadian championship

The Canadian Taekwon-Do Federation International Western Canadian tournament was held last weekend in Calgary, and the North Wake Martial Arts Club in Prince Albert made a big impact.

There were over 400 competitors at the tournament, representing 32 different schools and three provinces. North Wake sent nine competitors and came home with eight gold, three silver, and four bronze.

The club also finished eighth overall and Jared Porrier tied for second place for total points scored overall.
