Woman killed after vehicle left highway near Hudson Bay

A 50-year-old woman from Hudson Bay has died after a vehicle left a highway near the community on Thursday.
RCMP were called to the scene early Thursday morning.
They say the vehicle left Highway 9 south of Hudson Bay and came to rest at the bottom of the embankment.
The woman was declared dead at the scene, while a man received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
RCMP continue to investigate the incident.
