Crash near Humboldt

One person injured in multi-vehicle collision east of Humboldt

A two-vehicle collision east of Humboldt has sent one person to hospital.

Humboldt RCMP were called to the scene of the crash on Highway 5 early Monday afternoon.

The investigation revealed two pickup trucks and a semi collided.

One person was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

One of the vehicles caught fire after the collision, and the Humboldt Fire Department responded to put out the blaze.

The highway was temporarily closed while the scene was cleaned up, and the RCMP investigation continues.
