UFA Co-operative UFA has expanded its operations to Melfort, Sask.

President and CEO Scott Bolton said the new location is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.

“We are thrilled to expand our presence in Saskatchewan with the opening of this new location in Melfort, which will provide customers in the community with greater choice and convenience,” Bolton said. “The new facility is part of our ongoing commitment to meet the diverse needs of our customers, offering them reliable access to high-quality fuel and services whenever they need and will significantly enhance the fueling experience for people across the northeast region.”

Jesse Trach, the Melfort Petroleum Agent, welcomed the first customer this week and said the community has been eagerly anticipating UFA coming into the community.

“We have been told that we are moving in at the right time because now more than ever, people are looking for more options and they are looking to support businesses that put the customer first,” Trach said. “I’m excited to be part of a co-operative that is focused on providing value to customers and to operating a new location backed by UFA’s solid reputation in my hometown.”

UFA’s petroleum network offers gasoline and clear and dyed diesel, high-speed satellite fuel pumps, DEF, and UFA, Shell, and Chevron-branded lubricant products. As the exclusive distributor of Dieselex® Gold, UFA also features premium diesel at the Melfort location.

The Melfort UFA also complements UFA’s existing Saskatchewan locations in Corman Park, Kindersley, Macklin, Moose Jaw, Swift Current, Weyburn and Yorkton.
