UPDATED: Battlefords RCMP locate 12-year-old girl, still searching for 22-year-old man

Battlefords RCMP reported that missing 12-year-old Tyra Fineday has been located safe.

Battlefords RCMP are asking the public for help with locating two missing people in separate cases.

Police issued two different releases on Friday evening asking for information on the whereabouts of 12-year-old Tyra Fineday and 22-year-old Jayden Richter.

Tyra was last seen on the afternoon of Dec. 27 on Clark Drive in North Battleford. She is described as approximately 5’6” and 110lbs with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing pink Hello Kitty pajamas pants, a black hoodie and a blue shirt.

Trya has been known to travel to Moosomin First Nation, but her current whereabouts are unknown.

Meanwhile, Jayden hasn’t been seen for nearly a week.

RCMP said he was last seen in the early morning hours of Dec. 22 on 102 Street in North Battleford, but was reported missing on Dec. 27.

He is described as approximately 5’9” and 155lbs with short blonde hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Thrasher hoodie, brown work boots and a reflective yellow/green jacket. Jayden also has a red birthmark on his left eyebrow.
