Stryker Zablocki continued her dominance at the IIHF U18 Women’s World Championships in Finland on Saturday afternoon, scoring a goal and adding an assist in Canada’s 4-2 semifinal win over Czechia.

The win not only keeps the Canadians undefeated at the tournament, but also moves them into the championship game where they will play the United States for gold at 11 a.m. on Sunday. The U.S. defeated Sweden 2-1 in their semifinal matchup on Saturday morning.

The win is also revenge for Canada as last year, they lost in the semifinals to Czechia by an identical 4-2 score.

The pair of points moves the Prince Albert product into a tie for first in tournament scoring with 11 points. She also leads in goals with seven and sits tied for tenth in assists with four.

Other goal scorers for Canada in Saturday’s win included Sofia Ismael and Hayley McDonald. Chloe Primerano led in the assists department with two, while Tiller, Sara Manness, Sydney Sawyer, Kate Viel, and Maddie McCullough each had one. In goal, Marilou Grenier stopped 19 of 21 shots.
