Jan 27, 2025 | 12:07 PM

A fender bender in a business parking lot turned into a shooting incident early Sunday morning, according to Prince Albert Police.

A man drove to the police station just before 2:30 a.m. on January 26 and reported that he had been shot at, but was unharmed. He had multiple bullet holes in his vehicle, however.

The man had been at a business in the 3500 block of Second Avenue West, near the Coronet Hotel, when a white SUV allegedly backed into his vehicle and drove away.

The man followed the SUV to Eighth Avenue West and River Street West, when a man came out of a home, pulled out a gun and shot it at the man’s vehicle hitting it multiple times.

Officers recovered multiple casings in the area where the shooting happened and would like anyone who might have information or video footage to contact them at 306-953-4222. In an emergency, people should call 9-1-1.

Anonymous tips can be provided to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
