Attempted vehicle theft in Melfort under investigation

RCMP in Melfort are investigating the attempted theft of a vehicle.

A man walked onto a commercial property in the city on the night of Feb. 2 and attempted to steal a vehicle.

The suspect was unable to take the vehicle but damaged it in the process.

RCMP say he entered the property from the south side and was captured on video surveillance.
