North Battleford opens property assessment roll for Review

North Battleford’s property assessment roll opens on March 6, giving property owners until May 5 to review their assessments and file appeals if needed.

“Property assessment appeals may only be filed during this time,” the City said in a statement on Thursday.

This year’s assessments reflect property values as of Jan. 1, 2023, as part of Saskatchewan’s four-year revaluation cycle. Owners can check their assessments online through SAMAView or contact the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) at 306-446-7665.

The city is holding Open House sessions by appointment at the Don Ross Centre on:

• April 22: 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
