Not guilty pleas entered in Prince Albert attempted robbery case
A Prince Albert court case involving an attempted robbery that was thwarted by bystanders is proceeding to trial.
Elise Daniels, by way of her legal aid lawyer, has entered not guilty pleas to a number of charges. Her attendance was also waived when the matter was discussed Thursday morning at provincial court.
It’s alleged that on March 29, she entered a car, demanded money and threatened the driver with a knife.
That’s when the witnesses got involved and a short physical altercation took place before the suspect fled.
