Police said at around 2:40 a.m. on April 11, officers patrolling on 28th Street East near Kinsmen Park spotted a vehicle run through a stop light while driving on Central Avenue.

Officers conducted a traffic stop and when speaking to the driver, they spotted what looked to be two cases of alcohol in the back seat. The driver was then detained as part of an alcohol investigation.
