PA’s Rising Star: Ali D Shines at World Para Swimming Series in Indianapolis
The Prince Albert Sharks Swim Club and the entire Canadian para swimming community are celebrating the outstanding achievements of 16-year-old sensation Ali D, who delivered a spectacular performance at the 2025 World Para Swimming Series in ,Indianapolis, USA.
Competing against elite athletes from over 23 countries, Ali not only showcased her talent but also proved she is a force to be reckoned with on the international stage.
A Medal Haul for the History Books
Ali’s relentless determination and hard work paid off as she clinched four medals across multiple events:
– GOLD – 100m Breaststroke (U18 Youth)
– SILVER– 200m Individual Medley (U18 Youth)
– BRONZE – 100m Breaststroke (Women’s Open)
– BRONZE– 50m Freestyle (U18 Youth)
But her success didn’t stop there. Ali also secured a 5th-place finish in the 100m Freestyle (U18 Youth) and fought her way into the finals of the 100m Backstroke, proving her versatility in the pool.
