P.A. Police investigating fatal crash

Prince Albert Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened early Sunday morning in the Crescent Acres neighbourhood.
Officers were called to the intersection of 15th Avenue East and Muzzy Drive at around 1:50 a.m. for a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian collision.
Upon arrival, police found an unresponsive 23-year-old woman who was transported to hospital, but later pronounced deceased. Her family has been notified.
A collision reconstructionist from the RCMP helped out in the initial investigation, where it was determined the vehicle was travelling north on 15th Avenue E. near Ecole Holy Cross. The vehicle drove through the intersection at Muzzy Drive and struck the woman outside of the crosswalk.
