In the midst of their third game at the Centennial Cup in Calgary against the Rockland Nationals of the CCHL Tuesday afternoon, the Melfort Mustang’s game was postponed.
With just 1:42 left to go in the first period, the game was paused with a 0-0 score due to an ice issue.
Fortunately, there is a second ice surface at the Max Bell Centre where the game is being played, and crews are currently working on shifting the game over towards the second surface. The game will resume as soon as possible.
Once the game restarts, you can listen in to the action on 105 CJVR and Mustangs radio with Ben Tompkins.
