Only minor injuries after car drives into south side SARCAN

May 14, 2025 | 4:47 PM

Workers at the SARCAN facility on the south side of Prince Albert were OK except for one minor injury after a car drove into their building this afternoon.

According to Frank Venne, he and other workers were going about their regular duties when the driver came through the front of the building.

“We had a customer who drove into our building. I guess she blacked out while she was going to park and she drove into our building and put a hole right into our wall,” he said.

Emergency services arrived, and the driver and car were given the green light to leave by police.

The workers said the driver had temporarily blacked out, and while they are closed for the rest of the day, they will be open tomorrow with the hole in the wall blocked off.
