
P.A. Police investigating city’s second homicide of 2025
The Prince Albert Police Service confirmed Thursday that they are investigating the city’s second homicide of the year.
Police were called to a wooded area in the 1400 block of 15th Street East at around 7:45 p.m. on Monday for a report of a deceased female. Both the Forensic Identification Section and Major Crimes Unit were called to the scene to investigate.
An autopsy was conducted on Wednesday, May 28, and confirmed the deceased to be 30-year-old Dakota Setee, marking Prince Albert’s second murder of 2025.
At this time, no arrests have been made, and the Major Crimes Unit is continuing to investigate.
