R.M. of Humboldt issues fire ban

Another local area has issued a fire ban.

The Rural Municipality (R.M.) of Humboldt No. 370 has become the latest R.M. to implement a fire ban, which is in effect until further notice.

Open fires of any kind, fireworks, burning brush, garbage, or crop residue, and any other outdoor burning activities are prohibited.

“This advisory is in place to protect lives, property, and the environment,” an R.M. news release stated.
