Mail for the following residents can be picked up at the Prince Albert Post Office located at 9 Marquis Road West from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday:

  • Air Ronge residents (S0J 3G0, S0J 0B3)

  • Timber Bay residents (S0J 2T0)

You must bring a government-issued photo ID to get your mail.

Free Mail Forwarding service

Starting June 5, Canada Post is also offering free Mail Forwarding for up to 12 months to residents in wildfire zones including Creighton, Pelican Narrows, Sandy Bay, Southend, and Weyakwin.

Impacted residents have until July 5 to register for the free service online at canadapost.ca/mailforward. Canada Post says you’ll need a credit card to authenticate your identity, however, there will be no fee charged to the card. You can also register with government-issued photo ID in person at a post office. If you’re applying for someone else, you’ll need proof that you’re authorized to do so.

If you already paid for Mail Forwarding before June 5, you can call Canada Post to ask for a refund.
