
Bus driver charged after hitting car at Ecole St. Mary
A 68-year-old bus driver was arrested and is facing charges after the bus he was driving hit a parked car at Ecole St. Mary.
Prince Albert Police were called to the scene at 3:30 p.m. on June 5 for a reported impaired driver.
Officers spoke to the man and conducted a mandatory Approved Screening Device test, which resulted in a fail.
The school issued a notice to parents that a First Student driver of bus number 1481 had backed into a parked car upon arrival at the school. No students were on the bus at the time, and the school then asked parents to pick up their children.
