Community Airtime Award nominations are closing fast

Local non-profits have an opportunity to receive some much-needed exposure via the radio.

Pattison Media radio stations 105 CJVR and 750 Beach Radio are looking for nominations for non-profit organizations to receive the Community Airtime Award.

The chosen non-profit would receive a free $50,000 professional marketing program.

“Last year, the Community Airtime Award program in Melfort was a huge success, with 12 deserving applications,” Retail Sales Manager Christy Vodicka said. “Plus Industries was the inaugural recipient of the award, and working with them has been incredibly positive. This year, 105 CJVR and 750 Beach Radio are once again offering a $50,000 marketing and advertising package to a deserving non-profit organization in Melfort.”

You can fill out a form on either the 750 Beach Radio or 105 CJVR websites, and the deadline to apply is June 20.

“This comprehensive marketing award is designed to help local non-profits increase their presence and assist them with their marketing goals like finding volunteers and fundraising,” Vodicka explains. “The package includes a complete marketing plan, creative development, and on-air support.”

The Melfort Community Airtime Award is presented in partnership with Prairie North Co-op and Fedorychka Insurance and Financial Services.
