Rainfall expected most of the weekend
Much of Saskatchewan can expect a wet weekend.
Crawford Luke of Environment and Climate Change Canada told northeastNOW some areas will see more precipitation than others to kick off the summer solstice, after what’s been a dry spring.
“We’re definitely looking at a pretty good rainfall event coming pretty much to all of southern and central Saskatchewan,” said Luke.
The highest amount of rain is expected to fall in a line from Kindersley over to an area that includes Melfort, Tisdale, Nipawin, and Hudson Bay.
