RCMP investigating assault that left man seriously hurt in North Battleford

A man was seriously injured in an apparent assault in North Battleford, and police are now asking for the public’s help.

RCMP say officers were called around 8:10 p.m on June 19 to the 1200 block of 108 Street where they found a man injured in the street. He was rushed to hospital with injuries “described as serious in nature.”

Investigators believe the man was the victim of a violent assault. The RCMP’s General Investigation Section and Forensic Identification Services are assisting with the case.
