SJHL releases schedule for 2025/26 regular season
The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) has officially released its schedule for the 2025/26 regular season.
The league is comprised of 12 teams split into three divisions (Nutrien, Sherwood and Viterra) with four teams in each. Teams will play a total of 56 regular season games. Interdivision opponents will face off against each other eight times during the season, while non-division opponents will play against each other four times.
Opening weekend will showcase all 12 SJHL teams, with 11 of them hosting their home openers on either September 19 or 20.
This season introduces the Warman Wolverines, who step in to replace the Notre Dame Hounds. The Wolverines will kick off their inaugural campaign at home against the Humboldt Broncos on September 19. Another notable change sees the La Ronge Ice Wolves moving all their home games to the Jonas Roberts Memorial Community Centre, marking their departure from the Mel Hegland Uniplex.
