Nominations open for La Ronge councillor

Nominations have opened for a new councillor for the Town of La Ronge.
The call for nominations comes after the sudden resignation of Terry Hunt back in May. Hunt decided to resign because of what he considered political infighting, administrative pushback and a lack of progress.
Residents have until Sept. 3 at 4 p.m. to submit their nomination forms either online or at the town office.
