Investigation found that a group of people were travelling in a vehicle when two of the occupants stole it and assaulted a passenger as they fled. The victim did not report any injuries.

The suspects were not immediately located, despite search efforts by officers.

Following further investigation, Mounties are now asking the public to report sightings and information on the whereabouts of Day and Sanderson.

Police believe they may be travelling in a blue 2021 Nissan Versa with Saskatchewan license plate LILMA. The two are known to travel to the Prince Albert and James Smith Cree Nation areas, however, their current whereabouts are unknown.

Anyone who spots either Justine Day or Jodi Sanderson are urged not to approach them, and instead report the sighting to the local RCMP detachment at 310-RCMP (7267), or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
