Woman’s death near Prince Albert riverbank not suspicious: police

The Prince Albert Police Service is confirming a woman’s death last week is not believed suspicious in nature.
On August 15, at approximately 10:25 p.m., police were dispatched to the 500 block of River Street East for a report of a person who was unconscious and not breathing.
Upon police arrival, officer located a deceased woman. Members of the Forensic Identification Section (FIS) and Saskatchewan Coroners Service attended the scene.
A thick line of yellow police tape was soon after used to close off the area.
