Four arrested following weapons complaint, vehicle collision

Shortly after 4 p.m. this afternoon, Prince Albert police were called to a weapons complaint in the 1400 block of 1st St. E.
Police said multiple gunshots were heard before witnesses saw a red truck driving at a high rate of speed on 15th Ave. E. Shortly after, officers located the speeding truck near the intersection of 15th St. and 15th Ave. Police said the truck continued before colliding with another vehicle at 15th Ave. E. and 28th St. E. The four occupants of the truck fled the scene on foot, however, they were all located and arrested by police shortly after.
The two occupants of the other vehicle involved in the crash were treated by Parkland Ambulance Paramedics and transported to hospital with what were believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The incident is not believed to be related to an increased police presence in the East Hill.
