Road work to shut down stretch of 7th Street East starting Sept. 4

Drivers in Meadow Lake are being advised to plan ahead, as 7th Street East between 5th Avenue East and 7th Avenue East will be closed to traffic starting Sept. 4 for maintainance.
The City said emergency services have been notified of the closure and the city is asking residents to follow all posted detours and traffic signs while work is underway.
No timeline was provided for when the street is expected to reopen.
