P.A. police investigate trio of hit and run incidents

Over the course of three hours on Tuesday, emergency responders in Prince Albert responded to three separate incidents involving a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian.

And in every case, the driver fled the scene prior to police arrival.

The first incident occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. in the 100 block of 14th St. E. The patient declined transport to hospital.

The second call was received at approximately 4:10 p.m., and this time emergency responders attended to the 4000 block of 2nd Ave. W. The person hit was first assessed on scene for injuries, then transported to hospital for further medical treatment.

At 4:30 p.m., police, fire crews, and paramedics were called to the 200 block of 18th St. E. The patient was transported by ambulance to Victoria Hospital.
