Ontario teen’s disappearance considered suspicious: RCMP

Nearly four months have passed since a teenage boy from Ontario, living in northern saskatchewan, was last heard from.

RCMP are now treating the case as suspicious.

Jay’siiah Webb-Long, 16, was living in Pelican Narrows and was last in contact with family members over social media on May 16.

Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes has taken carriage of the investigation.

Anyone with information about Jay’siiah Webb-Long’s disappearance or whereabouts is encouraged to call their nearest RCMP detachment or Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.

This investigation is the continuation of a missing person investigation initiated by the Peel Regional Police in Ontario.
