Police presence continues on 110th Street after early-morning shooting in North Battleford
Two men are in hospital after an early-morning shooting in North Battleford.
RCMP say officers were called around 7:15 a.m. Monday to a home on the 1200 block of 110 Street, where they found two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Officers began searching for the shooter immediately, with help from Saskatchewan RCMP’s Police Dog Services. Officers later searched a nearby home and arrested two wanted individuals, though investigators have not confirmed whether the arrests are linked to the shooting.
Residents in the area can expect an increased police presence as the investigation continues.
