RCMP investigating related break-and-enters in Saskatchewan and Alberta

Nov 7, 2025 | 5:19 PM

Maidstone and Kitscoty RCMP are investigating two related break-and-enters involving a stolen vehicle.

Police first received a report at 11 a.m. on Nov. 2 of an overnight truck theft from outside a residence in Maidstone. The truck has not yet been located and is described as a red 2006 Ford F-350 with SK license plate 821 NWG. No other items were stolen.

Again at 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 3, Maidstone RCMP were called to a break-and-enter at a business in Marshall. The business was severely damaged, and no items were stolen.

Investigation found that three suspects fled the scene in two vehicles.

The first suspect was driving a vehicle described as an early 2000s, dark-colored Ford pickup truck and was wearing a grey/green jacket, black hoodie, grey pants and black shoes. The second and third suspects fled in the stolen red truck, where one was wearing a black coat and light grey pants with a black stripe on the side, and the other was wearing a black jacket, grey pants and a ball cap.

All three suspects had their faces covered, and police are actively working to identify them.

Later that same morning on Nov. 3, at around 8:45 a.m., Kitscoty RCMP received a report of an overnight break-and-enter at a business in Paradise Valley, Alta. Multiple items were reported as stolen, and further investigation found that the suspects and vehicles matched those of the Saskatchewan incidents.

Both Maidstone and Kitscoty RCMP officers continue to investigate.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 310-RCMP (7267) or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
