U13 Astros piling up wins and runs to start their season

The Prince Albert Astros ran the table at the Grand Slam Boys Softball League tournament this past weekend at the Max Power Ball Park.
The Astros had no issues piling up runs, beating the Saskatoon Select Gladiators 17-2, the Delisle Diamond Dogs 20-0, the Okanese Thunderstrikers 22-0, and the Ochapowace First Nation 17-0. To close out the weekend, the Astros played their closest game, but still, beat the Valley Blue Jays 8-3.
Now with their home tournament in the books, the Astros will be hitting the road for most of the rest of the year. They’ll head to the Grand Slam Tournaments in Moosomin May 28–29, Saskatoon June 11–12 and Fishing Lake on July 9. Provincials will be on July 15–17 in Delisle.
