Police and a tow truck are at the scene of a motor vehicle collision near the John M. Cuelenaere Library.
Two vehicles appear to have been involved in the crash, which was seen at about 1:30 pm.
No ambulances or fire trucks were at the scene when paNOW attended.
No further information has been made available.
