Inmate missing from Sask. Pen. for 20 days now caught

An inmate unlawfully at large from the Saskatchewan Penitentiary since the end of September has been caught in Saskatoon.

Johnathan Jeffery Kessel was arrested on Monday by RCMP officers from the Saskatoon Detachment.

He was first noticed missing from the Penitentiary in Prince Albert at the-11:50 am count on September 27.

The Correctional Service is investigating the circumstances around the incident.
