La Ronge byelection to fill open councillor position scheduled for Wednesday

La Ronge is set to have a full council of seven for the first time since July.

A byelection is scheduled for tomorrow to fill a councillor position left vacant after Joe Hordyski won a previous mayoral byelection back in October. That position opened up when Colin Ratuskniak suddenly resigned in July.

Voting tomorrow will be held from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Town of La Ronge Council Chambers. Advance polls were held Nov. 23.
