Two dead, five others injured from multi-vehicle collision near Osler

Two people are dead following a multi-vehicle collision near the Town of Osler.

On Jan. 1, around 6:15 p.m., RCMP received a report of a three vehicle incident on Highway 11.

Seven people were involved with both a man and woman from Warman being pronounced dead at the scene. Their next of kin have been notified.

The other five were each injured to various degrees with some being airlifted to hospital by STARS.

Northbound traffic on Highway 11 is back to normal.

An investigation into the cause of the collision is still ongoing with help from a Saskatchewan RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
