Woman charged with robbery following vehicle theft

Prince Albert Police have charged a 22-year-old female suspect with robbery and dangerous driving following a vehicle theft yesterday.

PAPS say yesterday evening around 10:30 p.m. a man parked his vehicle next to another at a business on the 1400 block of 10^th Avenue East.

Two women then threatened him with a knife and took his vehicle.

Officers found the car a short time later in the area of Fifth Avenue and River Street West. Jaylin Daniels was arrested.

She appeared in provincial court this morning and will be back tomorrow for a show cause hearing to determine if she should be released.
