Deschambault Lake man charged with attempted murder

RCMP have charged a 33-year-old man from Deschambault Lake with attempted murder.
On Saturday, police were called to a medical clinic in the community after a woman, suffering from serious injuries, was dropped off by ‘private citizens.’
The Mounties started an investigation and later arrested Jonah Ballantyne.
Along with attempted murder, he’s also been charged with aggravated assault and failing to comply with an undertaking.
